Trevecca Nazarene University and Nashville-based developer Steve Sisson announced today construction is set to begin this month on new apartment building The Flats of Walden Grove.
Trevecca will own the four-story 125-unit building, to be designed by Bedford, Texas-based Arrive Architecture Group. The project will carry an approximately $20 million price. Nashville-based BACAR Constructors is the general contractor.
Located between Nance Lane and Parris Avenue on the eastern edge of campus (see the general site here courtesy of Google Maps), the apartment project will neighbor the Walden Village residential development currently under construction by Nashville-based Parkside Builders.
